I was going to make this for the Tattoo weekly challenge for PJ but didn't get time to work on it.

Anyway, Zell Dincht from FFVIII, one of my favourite game characters.

5 colours + transparency = 6 total

Pallet is either Pepeto's or Ptoing's c64 pallet (I forget which)
